Ayatollah Hossein Ali Saadi Shahroudi on Thursday evening at a large gathering of the people of Shahroud in Imam Khomeini (RA) Square, commemorating the martyrs and emphasizing the cultural and historical identity of Shahroud, examined the current challenges of this region.

Saadi Shahroudi, while referring to the 200 nights of public presence in these gatherings, emphasized that the people of Shahroud have serious concerns regarding environmental issues, particularly water and the destruction of Shahvar. He called for officials to make their decisions with consideration for public health and environmental preservation.
