The International Foundation for the Respect of Religions and Mazandaran University have taken an important step towards strengthening educational and cultural exchanges by signing a cooperation agreement. This meeting, attended by Salehi Imran, President of Mazandaran University, Mohammad Mehdi Momeniha, Secretary General of the International Foundation for the Respect of Religions and Religions, Shams, Director of Provincial Coordination of the Foundation, and Kobra Babapour Roshan, Head of the Foundation's Representation in Mazandaran Province, was dedicated to exploring areas of joint cooperation between the two entities.
Objectives and Content of the Agreement
The mentioned agreement aims to develop educational and cultural exchanges and expand bilateral cooperation in the fields of education, research, and cultural activities. According to this agreement, holding training courses for professors, students, and families, exchanging research and study achievements, supporting research projects, and organizing conferences, specialized meetings, and joint workshops are on the agenda of both parties.

Cultural and International Dimensions of Cooperation
Within the framework of this cooperation, efforts to enhance the level of scientific and research activities and strengthen cultural and artistic capabilities have also been considered. Cooperation in the media and discourse formation is another focus anticipated in this agreement. Thus, the scientific and academic capacities of Mazandaran can pave the way for the implementation of joint programs in cultural, educational, research, and interfaith dialogue areas.
Kobra Babapour Roshan, Head of the Foundation's Representation in Mazandaran, emphasized the importance of utilizing the capacities of the province's universities during this meeting and highlighted the necessity of converting existing scientific and cultural capacities into operational and joint programs. In her opinion, this agreement can serve as a suitable platform for enhancing cooperation levels and utilizing existing potentials.
Additionally, to follow up and monitor the implementation of the agreements, a joint working group consisting of representatives from the Foundation and the university will be formed, and executive programs will be pursued in the form of separate contracts. The duration of this agreement has also been set for four years, which can lead to further development and expansion of cooperation if successful.
Ultimately, this cooperation can be presented as a successful example of interaction between scientific and cultural institutions in the country and can help strengthen the discourse among religions and beliefs. Given the cultural and religious diversity in Iran, such collaborations can contribute to creating a positive atmosphere and synergy among different ethnicities and religions and lay the groundwork for brainstorming and exchanging views on cultural and social issues.
